Advantages:
1. I absolutely love that the game is based on existing legends - that is very cool. The game is entertaining, involving, scary and informative)
2. The spirit is scary - it's a very original mechanics of progressing the story and I love them. It takes several tries to understand the concept though (but that is a normal process of learning mechanics).
3. I loved the collectibles. They were not so hard to find and interesting to read about (though I rarely read additional collectible information)
Disadvantages:
1. I found a bug when the main character speaks that there is something behind the curtains when you haven't met the spirit yet (I played the game before some updates), maybe that is already fixed.
2. It's not clear under what conditions the ghost kills you. Maybe some hints in the pause menu would be a nice addition - that way they won't be burdening for those who like to figure everything out on their own but helpful for the others.
3. I didn't really liked the voice acting. I though it was a bit emotionless and bland - but that is my persona preference. I still think it's better than the lack of voice acting.
Overall:
I adored the concept and the demo! Can't wait for the full game. 5/5 in my list!

Exciting demo in terms of horror and the beginning to something like a compelling narrative. love the shitty handwriting no jutsu, it's a really natural feeling way of building tension by forcing you to be static and managing light could add another element (not sure light actually figures in so far).

I really enjoyed this game. It was very visually pleasing and for it to be just a demo really has me excited for the full game and the many updates for it. I like it so much that I decided to make a video out of it. I wasn’t able to record the entire gameplay that's on me. I had some complications. Good luck in the future and can’t wait to see more from you.

Really well made, the game does an amazing job at building tension and I love that it forces you to be helpless in order to progress. I also love the amnesia-esque interactions with doors and such, because it adds another layer of care you need to take while playing.
My only gripe is the mouse sensitivity. It's not very proportionally matched to the drawing mechanic, as it's fine to look around but painstakingly slow to draw the symbol. Other than that, great atmosphere and gameplay.

Really loved this! I'm a big fan of japanese horror and this really hit the spot for me. I also enjoyed the lore compendium; psyched for the full release!
This game was amazingly creepy, the use of sound really got me good, kept me on edge almost the entire time. Voice overs were great and the monster was super interesting to follow. Look forward to the full version of the game

This game was so scary and fun! The overall horror of the game, as well as the way the Higanbana turns from white to red, is so beautiful. I love it. I'm looking forward to seeing it completed.
This is one of the most genuinely terrifying indie horror games I've ever played. Incredibly immersive experience, and the audio really put heavy fear into my bones. Even just standing still is creepy as hell. This was an amazing experience, can't wait to see the finished product!
I liked this game! Few things I would change to make it a bit more flowable. I would change the ending background to black then fade to white as the monster is purified. Starting stark white breaks the immersion for me. I would also find a way to let the player know you can climb. It took me a while to realize that you can climb the dresser. Just a few small minor details. Overall, art direction and atmosphere is great! Love to see what the finished game looks like in the future!
You're welcome but don't be discouraged you 3 people have made something really good This is something you should really scale up and sell on all platforms. Don't be afraid to go to consoles people will buy this if it has interesting gameplay which it does
I had so much fun (AND FEAR) playing this 😭😭🧡😂😂 the demon's design is freaking amazing, she reminds me of a nightmare woman lmao 👵🏽😭. I love the use of the ink and drawing, especially in a horror game which is so cool!! Love the story too behind the Priestess's life. The stealth part is so cool and the game looks visually amazing. I definitely can't wait to play the full game now!!!!! 🙀🙀 I'm DEFO gonna sign up to the newsletter!!

Atmosphere was great and it's interesting having to write out a talisman instead of having the game auto make one. i look forward to seeing the game.

Very good But that ending made me lose all fear I had for the creature. I guess you could say it broke the immersion
Sorry to hear that. We wanted to create a peaceful ending to represent that you had purified the yokai more than a scary ending.
It certainly felt like that but also note now that I think about it. It might have been the low quality of the flower scene
